Meet the Board

Nicole Lee

Co-Founder; Head of Malaysia Team

Specialising in legalities and arbitration, Nicole has been developing and rehoning her negotiation and leadership skills with influential people and making key decisions in government deals for the past 5 years in national projects with the Malaysian and Singaporean government. Past involvement with leading various teams in the real estate industry has moulded Nicole to develop into an empathetic leader that enables her to better understand what the other person needs before she can fully support them. The importance of the role of empathy from her past has been carried forward into Tongle’s vision today, as Nicole aspires to build a resilient and caring community in Tongle that is empowered to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Neo Liting

Co-Founder; Head of Singapore Team

Directed by passion in what she believes in and the combined resilience from past lived experiences, Lit has founded 5 companies since 2003 in various industries (automotive, furniture, wedding) and had business dealings across the globe. After recognising that emotional wellness in individuals is crucial to the success in predictive and preventative healthcare when it comes to an individual’s mental health, Lit has started working on enabling Tongle to be accessible to everyone in the community to contribute to the betterment of everyone’s mental health. She believes that everyone’s role is different and crucial in improving one’s well-being. What matters most is that one genuinely cares for the other person and not be treated as another statistic.

Ustaz Datuk Hasmuddin Mohd Yunus

Vice President of Parti Amanah Negara and Chairman of Yayasan Dakwa Islamiah Malaysia (YADIM)

Whether it is the representative of Hulu Langat, one of the members in the Board of Directors with Global Conference of Parliamentarians Against Corruption, or Vice Chairman of the Southeast Asian Parliamentarians Against Corruption (SEAPAC), Ustaz Datuk Hasmuddin has shown high persistence and seriousness in spearheading efforts that contribute to building a network of relationships and implementing change towards the good and well-being of the country. Right now, he serves as one of the members of our Advisory Board here in Tongle by helping us to elevate our decision-making strategies by contributing his previous experiences and expertise.

Weladavi Rahula

Head of Student of First City University College

With 18 years of experience working with higher education globally, Weladavi Rahula has proven his leadership skills and his ability to build cohesive, productive teams while fostering creativity and individuality amongst those he worked with. With his commitment to customer service and quality management, he is one of the key people helping Tongle to effectively implement mental health services amongst Malaysians.

Awarded 26 recognitions from across the globe and founder of M.E.P.S. Concept psychological formula on mental strength, (Dr) Hajjah is now set out to explore and deepen her relationship with mental health with Tongle’s upcoming projects that emphasises and utilizes her specialty in being focused and dedicated in whatever she sets out to do.

Anita Abu Bakar

Founder and President of the Mental Illness Awareness & Support (MIASA)


Anita Abu Bakar is the Founder and current president of the Mental Illness Awareness & Support Association (MIASA). She is one of the strongest and well-known advocates for mental health and social issues in Malaysia. Anita is also a pioneer in the mental health industry by being able to easily introduce various creative concepts of assimilating mental health into the community’s well-being. She was invited to be a member of Tongle’s Advisory Board due to her undying passion for the mental health industry and in shaping the Mental Health Ecosystem toward a recovery model approach.
