Not All Struggles Are Visible — Tongle’s #bSEENnHEARD Campaign Breaks the Silence

Kuala Lumpur, April 23, 2025— In a world where people are constantly connected but often feel unseen, Tongle Wellness is launching a quiet but powerful reminder that mental health matters — with something as simple as a tissue pack.

Introducing #bSEENnHEARD, a mental health awareness campaign that’s turning everyday moments into opportunities for reflection and connection. The initiative is being rolled out in collaboration with three supportive coworking spaces — WORQ KL Sentral, Headspace Malaysia, and Spewco — who have graciously opened their doors (and front desks) for the cause.

Why the workplace? Because for many of us, the office is where we spend the majority of our waking hours — often under high pressure, tight deadlines, and emotional strain. What happens in the workplace doesn’t stay in the workplace; it follows us home, seeps into our relationships, and can shape our long-term mental health.

By embedding mental health advocacy directly into these spaces, Tongle aims to reframe how we view the work environment — not just as a place of output, but as a space that must also support emotional resilience, psychological safety, and a culture of care.

Inside each coworking space, visitors will now find thoughtfully designed tissue packs placed in shared areas. But these aren’t just tissues — they’re conversation starters. Each pack carries a simple but profound message:

“Just because it’s not visible, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.”

This message has resonated with many. One individual who received a pack during a break shared:

“Got this tissue pack during lunch and it kinda hit me harder than I expected. Been holding in a lot lately — stress, pressure, all the noise in my head. Sometimes, a message like this is the reminder we didn’t know we needed.”

Tongle believes that mental health conversations don’t always have to be loud to be meaningful. Sometimes, the most unexpected gestures — a tissue, a message, a moment — can break the silence and remind someone they’re not alone.

Mental health struggles are often invisible, and that invisibility is what makes people feel so isolated, especially in high-performance environments,” says [Tongle Representative]. “With #bSEENnHEARD, we wanted to meet people where they are — at work — and remind them they are seen, they are heard, and they are supported.

This campaign also aligns with the growing importance of mental wellness programs in professional settings, such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and on-site workshops. These initiatives not only benefit employees, but also give HR teams a more compassionate and nuanced view of their workforce. In many cases, workshops like those offered by Tongle can act as a bridge — fostering open dialogue between department heads and team members, and revealing unseen stressors that affect morale and productivity.

In a time when burnout and emotional fatigue are becoming all too common, coworking spaces are stepping up — not just as productivity hubs, but as communities that care. Through this campaign, WORQ KL Sentral, Headspace Malaysia, and Spewco are leading by example, demonstrating how even small acts of support can make a big impact on someone’s day.

Tongle welcomes more coworking spaces, companies, and community groups to join the movement and bring meaningful mental health advocacy into everyday environments.

Let’s build a world where no one has to struggle in silence — one tissue, one message, one conversation at a time.
