Recognizing the importance of mental health in the workplace, the organization partnered with our team to take a proactive step toward fostering a supportive work environment.

The Initiative: Workshop on Mental Health and Self-Care

We conducted a workshop titled “Foundations of Well-Being: An Introduction to Mental Health and Self-Care in the Workplace”. This initiative was part of a larger mental health event and aimed to:

  1. Educate employees about the fundamentals of mental health.
  2. Empower them with self-care techniques.
  3. Open dialogue around mental well-being in professional settings.
